Fathers Day is THIS weekend!

I just ordered my Popito (grandpa) his gift

and i am crossing my fingers he gets it in time

** Really would not recommend this outside of the Army

thats one thing i love about the Army

you meet so many people

and have an immediate connection

its like the whole Army is your long lost cousin

Thursday Part One

AWKWARD and AWESOME-NESS

AWKWARD is how awkward i can be when i hang out with new people

example: friend comes over while watching a movie.. i forget about the friend and keep watching the movie. my excuse it was a really good movie.

AWKWARD i had a celery stick and rice cake last night for dinner

it actually filled me up

(maybe i just needed to fast)

AWKWARD how amazingly happy i have been this week

i dont know where this happiness came from

but i want to bottle it 

and keep it

and sell it

and

AWESOME-NESS how amazingly happy i have been this week

*yep i said that twice

because i feel like a new me

as cheesy as that sounds

this happiness makes life so beautiful

AWESOME-NESS I love british humor/dry humor. 

So the invention of lying was a perfect match

AWESOME-NESS the summer air

i love warm nights that just wrap around your body

and remind you of the good times of the past

i used to go to bed at 9 pm

its summer baby.. new bed time is 12 pm

The mini always gets me...

I love mini sized things

like

MINI CUPCAKES

and here is my justification

for why i have to buy this:

  

1) i dont have an oven 

(and wont have one any time soon)

so obviously if i want cupcakes

i need this genius machine

2) they are mini so less fat then regular sized ones, less frosting, less sugar

3) i have had my eye on one of these since february

(( my rule if i want something is to walk away from it at the store

and if a week later i still want it 

well then its meant to be ))

4) Super cute treat to bring to parties
