Awkward and Awesome

I really do love the Awkward and Awesomeness of life!

Awkward: Sitting on hold for 20 minutes.. should be a sin
Awkward: Playing with the puppy and then she starts digging.. at your butt
Awkward: No thigh muscle due to surgery
Awkward: Hooking some crazy russian shock machine up to my little thigh
Awkward: Swearing out loud at the physical therapy office when the shock machine super shocked me
Awkward: Going to three different stores to look for castor oil, wish i didn't have to stand and stare in the laxative isle and then ask if the store has it 
(Promise its for the oil face cleansing method)
Awkward: Trying to hide the new pup from the landlord because i haven't paid the pet deposit yet.. shhh

Awesome: Just had 30 days off of work (sad part = going back tomorrow)

Awesome: Just bought and started reading Bethany Frankels book, A Place of Yes

Awesome: Ordered the fur vest i wanted from American Eagle

Awesome: The pup growled and barked for the first time

Awesome: Finally buying the EOS lip balm ball and hand lotion

Awesome: I havent eaten out for three whole days <-- BIG DEAL for me!

Awesome: having those life is good moments and feeling so lucky to have the boo in my life

it feels like forever..

I have broken my blogging hiatus

which originally started with no internet connection

then the computer broke

then i moved and that consumed my life

then i got a second job and now that consumes my life

and now i am in MN!!!

Which i was so excited to bring my old computer to Apple and get a new one

and i guess my computer was just playing dead because it works

brat

yes i did just call my computer a brat

BUT...

i am back to the blogging world

and honestly after blogging numerous times a week 

and reading everyone else blogs every day 

i really missed the blogging world

and have a lot of catch up reading to do

But for my first post back i will do

awkward moving in with a guy roommate

awkward security freaking out on me because i had three bags at the airport instead of two when one is a purse that super easily fits inside another one. really come on.

awkward sitting in middle seat on planes. i hate it. 

you should get a discount for that crappy seat

awkward you should also get a discount for sitting in the back of the plane. 

it takes forever to wait for everyone else to get off!

she has a facebook and texts but had never used speakerphone. so cute

and...

awesome my roommate makes me nummy meals because i have no time to cook

awesome my second job 

awesome The Hunger Games books. AMAZING.

 cant put them down. i crave reading those books

awesome going to my first Saints game tonight

awesome having my whole family together while i'm home

awesome the love and support my friends are showing me through this hard time

i love you all very much for that

Awkward and Awesomeness Time!

Awkward i woke up with my ceiling leaking the other day

and it ruined my super cute breakfast n bed tray

the reason why i was mad because it got the bottom of my pants wet

not the fact that there was a huge puddle in my room

Awkward i encouraged the plumbers to destroy my room

 in hopes that i could get a new one

Awkward i got the small pox vaccine this week

i tried to fight it/make a deal/ take a rain check

the Army said no

awkward part is realizing i have no control over me anymore

or what shots i get and when i get them

Awkward i have to only where regular short sleeve shirts

and i went "small pox shirt shopping"

Awkward my knee swelled up and looked like a grapefruit

still waiting on knee surgery....

Awkward i already tried to buy a kindle this week,

 but i got scared of charging it all

so i waited until pay day so i could put some cash-o-la on it

And...

Awesome = GOING TO GET MY KINDLE TODAY!

i am brave enough today

Awesome im done with boards for a while and can just relax

Awesome i saw bridesmaid again at the discount theatre 

and might have died laughing more then the first time

(cant wait for the DVD)

Awesome i have tomorrow off

Awesome i got my mini cupcake maker.. now i just have to make them

Awesome today for work we are staging a work environment

 then having a BBQ behind it

Awesome = i love the instagram app

Hello lovelies!

its thursday!

AWKWARD AND AWESOME

Awkward how much i sweat in this ridiculous heat

Awkward paying cell phone insurance in case my phone breaks... too bad i have an Iphone and it isnt covered, so this company has been ripping me off for a year!

 (check you bank statements!)

Awkward i washed my camelback water bottle, filled it all up and got ready for my work out, then tasted soap... bleh

Awkward how gross the Taco Bell XXL Burrito is. ew.

Awkward my boyfriend in afghanistan finally read my blog for the first time

AND

Awesome my boyfriend read my blog and left a cutesie comment :)

Awesome i won another board and got another shinny coin

Awesome i ordered another black bandeau swimsuit 

(Fingers crossed this one comes and the order doesnt get deleted!!)

Awesome its a long weekend and i cant wait to enjoy summer activities

(like: the lake, car races, fireworks, friends, partays and enjoy the sun)

Awesome the pink and coral nail polish i just bought

Awesome that life is wonderful and splendid and im loving every second

 (even if im stressed i love it)

Awesome hopefully my AE order gets shipped tomorrow and i get to wear my new summer duds for the weekend :)

Thursday Part One

AWKWARD and AWESOME-NESS

AWKWARD is how awkward i can be when i hang out with new people

example: friend comes over while watching a movie.. i forget about the friend and keep watching the movie. my excuse it was a really good movie.

AWKWARD i had a celery stick and rice cake last night for dinner

it actually filled me up

(maybe i just needed to fast)

AWKWARD how amazingly happy i have been this week

i dont know where this happiness came from

but i want to bottle it 

and keep it

and sell it

and

AWESOME-NESS how amazingly happy i have been this week

*yep i said that twice

because i feel like a new me

as cheesy as that sounds

this happiness makes life so beautiful

AWESOME-NESS I love british humor/dry humor. 

So the invention of lying was a perfect match

AWESOME-NESS the summer air

i love warm nights that just wrap around your body

and remind you of the good times of the past

and the possibilities of adventure every night

AWESOME-NESS i have been going out with friends every night

i used to go to bed at 9 pm

its summer baby.. new bed time is 12 pm

AA for the week

Awkward at work i sat in grease... i then had to scrub my pants to get it off

the grease laughed at me and obviously did not come off

Awkward today i have 24 hours duty

around 3 am i am going to be doing that embarrassing head bob thing 

when you are dozing off and wake up due to your head falling ha ha

Awkward some of my good friends... hulu/netflix/bravo tv/ mtv tv

Awkward i sent my boyfriend a package 

and accidentally put in an aerosol can

its probably going to blow up now... : /
