I love the lettuce wraps at PF Changs
but this is my
knock of version
This took probably a total of ten minutes
I used:
- Cabbage lettuce leafs
- Precooked chicken cubes
- Chives
- Green Pepper
- Tomatoes
- Hummus ( spicy three pepper )
- Avocado
The hummus was great because it added great flavor
and it acted like a paste to seal the lettuce wrap shut!

it was a constant reminder
that i ate healthy

I have been reading Busy Bee Lauren
and her raw food diet
and i really would love
to incorporate more raw food eating
So more nummies to come :)
Great idea. I do lettuce wrap tacos at home a lot (instead of a shell or tortilla, I use romaine). It works really well.
